With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jeff Briggs brings an unparalleled
depth of knowledge and commitment to his clients.

Jeff has been with The Beth Hines Team, the #1 RE/MAX Team in the Triangle and Eastern
North Carolina, for over a decade, consistently delivering outstanding results across multiple
areas of real estate.

Jeff’s career began in 1989 in Homer, New York, where he first became licensed as a real
estate salesperson with Kniffen Real Estate. After relocating to North Carolina in 1991, Jeff
gained extensive experience in property management with The Tarheel Companies of NC and
further expanded his expertise as a staff appraiser at Elliott & Company Appraisers.
In 1998, he achieved the designation of North Carolina State Certified Real Estate Appraiser
and went on to found his own appraisal business, Accelerated Appraisals, Inc., which he
continues to operate today.

Transitioning fully back into real estate sales in 2014, Jeff has built a strong reputation in
residential resales, new construction, land sales, and commercial property transactions.
He has consistently earned RE/MAX’s prestigious Executive Club Award, a testament to his
dedication and success.
