Courtney Lanning is no stranger to the hard work and dedication that it takes to be successful. While earning her bachelor's degree in nursing, Courtney worked for a local attorney and was involved in many day to day activities that allowed her to become familiar with many aspects in the real estate industry. Courtney earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from East Carolina University and is currently a licensed Registered Nurse. Taking care of people is one of her top priorities. She values the trust that people put in her on a daily basis and she strives everyday to exceed their expectations.
Living in Eastern North Carolina her entire life she has witnessed its growth and continued growth that we are experiencing now. Her intimate knowledge of Johnston, Wayne and surrounding counties allow her experiences of having lived here her entire life gives her the enthusiasm and desire to make her home, your home.
Most important to Courtney is providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers. Her commitment to ensure each client is taken care of, listened to and made feel like they are her only clients is her top priority.
When Courtney is not showing property, negotiating winning contracts or taking care of patients you can find her hanging out with her family, friends and her Sheepadoodle Ollie.
Courtney enjoys shopping with her mom, being involved in community activities, fishing, watching a great movie, and grilling out at home.
