With over a decade of experience in real estate and a lifetime of service to his community, Mike Dale brings exceptional knowledge, integrity, and dedication to every transaction. Licensed since 2013, Mike’s background spans residential home sales, land and lots, new construction, investment properties, estates, foreclosures, and tax liens. His hands-on experience across multiple facets of real estate gives his clients an edge—whether buying, selling, or investing.
Before his successful real estate career, Mike proudly served in law enforcement with the Smithfield Police Departmentand the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for more than 22 years, achieving the rank of Detective Sergeant. During that time, he developed the leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that now define his approach to client care. He also owned and operated a restaurant franchise and worked in construction, gaining valuable insight into business operations and home craftsmanship.
As a licensed pilot who owns his own plane and drone, Mike brings a unique perspective—both literally and professionally—to showcasing properties from above. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his twin boys, and in his downtime, he loves playing the piano and guitar.
